About the Medical Exam: We do everything in one day, the medical exam, the blood test and the paper work. If everything is in order, you can get the sealed envelope in 4-6 days. About the I-693 Form: This is the form you require for the Immigration Exam for ALL who are applying for Permanent Residency (Green Card). It is a new form. There are new guidelines and requirements. We’ll explain those changes in detail. We have this form here in the clinic. Our exam hours are flexible and we are available: Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 9:00AM - 12:00PM & 1:00PM - 5:00PM Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00AM - 12:00PM Saturday & Sunday Closed ** service fee DOES NOT include the fee for vaccines - which is additional.
